Privacy Policy
1) Products.
Roberts Farm Equipment, Inc. may discontinue any product at any time without notice. The product prices do not include shipping & handling, sales taxes, if applicable , which will be added to your total invoice price.
2) Price errors.
We strive to have an accurate and error-free site. If product price errors are discovered, they are promptly corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply. We will notify you if your order includes items that are incorrectly priced.
3) Payment.
Payments can be made with Papal (electronic payment), MasterCard, Visa, & Discover (credit card physical payment). Papal is our only online payment option. Credit card payments cannot be made on line at this time. We do, however, gladly accept them. To pay using a credit card, you will need to phone us at 1-800-367-8751 or 513-796-2154 during our hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday, 8 am to 12 pm, noon eastern time zone).
4) Sales tax.
Buyer is responsible for any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to their order. The sales tax (on applicable items) is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law.
5) Shipping and handling.
Roberts Farm Equipment, Inc. will ship your items via United States Postal Service or FedEx. Some of our products are shipped direct to you from another location and may ship via UPS. If you need to expedite shipping, it is best to call us for rates. Additional charges apply to expedited shipments. Upon ordering multiple items from us, we will do our best to ship everything together. In the event that an item is out of stock or items are shipping from separate locations, separate shipping and handling charges will apply. A handling charge applies to every shipment based on the total of purchase.
6) International shipments.
We ship most of our items world wide. International customers are responsible for any and/or all duties and taxes associated to their country upon delivery of the package.
Heavier items (over 150 lbs.) ship by freight company. Shipping will be freight collect and due upon delivery of the shipment.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange, store credit, or refund. All returns must have prior approval from us. A copy of the invoice for item must be included in the return or no credit can be issued. If you have a problem with an item, please call us first to discuss the matter. Shipping for returns are paid by customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
